At Faculty of Social Sciences & Leisure Management, our four signature restaurants — Truffles, Terrasse, Thyme, Tarragon and Tangerine, serve as immersive living classrooms as part of Taylor’s University’s experiential learning ecosystem where students learn the art and science of culinary and hospitality excellence. Guided by professional chef-lecturers and industry-trained service instructors, every dish prepared and every table served represents hands-on learning in real time.
Each restaurant features a distinct concept, allowing students to practise different service styles, refine technical skills, and develop confidence in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. As a guest, you play an important role in shaping their learning journey, enjoying a professionally crafted meal while supporting the next generation of culinary and hospitality talent.
