Where Learning Comes to Life
At the Faculty of Social Sciences & Leisure Management (FSLM), our four signature training restaurants — Truffles, Terrasse, Thyme, Tarragon, and Tangerine, are more than dining venues. They are immersive living classrooms, purposefully designed as part of Taylor’s University’s experiential learning ecosystem, where theory meets real-world practice.

Guided by professional chef-lecturers and industry-trained service instructors, students engage in hands-on culinary production, service execution, and hospitality operations in a real restaurant setting. Every dish prepared, service delivered, and guest interaction represents authentic, assessed learning in real time.
