Dining Rules & Regulations

Taylor’s Faculty of Social Sciences & Leisure Management (FSLM) restaurants operate as live teaching laboratories. By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our Dining Rules & Regulations, including group size limits, menu policies, punctuality requirements, and academic environment expectations.​​ All dining services at FSLM restaurants are conducted as part of practical training sessions within faculty. We kindly request all guests to observe the following guidelines to support student learning and service delivery.​

Important Dining Guidelines – FSLM Training Restaurants

1. Academic Dining Environment
These restaurants operate as live teaching classrooms. Guests are expected to comply with all dining rules displayed at the restaurant. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave.
2. Menu & Condiment Policy
Requests for condiments or items not included in the menu of the day (e.g., ketchup, chili sauce, mustard) will not be entertained unless required as part of the practical training menu.
3. No Takeaway Policy
​All food and beverages must be consumed within the restaurant. Takeaway is strictly not permitted.
4. Reservation Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges.
5. Right to Refuse Reservations
FSLM Restaurants reserve the right to reject or cancel reservations at any time.
6. Group Size Limitation
To ensure effective teaching and service flow, reservations for groups larger than 8 guests are not permitted. Larger groups will be split into smaller tables according to class arrangements.
7. Punctuality Policy
Guests arriving after the last order time (12:30 PM) may be refused service at the discretion of the supervising lecturer.
8. Dining Duration
All guests are kindly requested to vacate the restaurant by 1:30 PM to allow for cleaning and class transitions.
9. Authorized Internal Transfers
Inter-Company / Inter-Department Transfers are allowed only for authorized Taylor’s Education Group staff and must be declared at the time of reservation. Charges will be billed accordingly.
10. Respect for Student Learning
Guests are expected to maintain appropriate noise levels and behavior, and to be mindful that all interactions form part of students’ assessed learning experience.
